　　进入“大暑”后，天气炎热，不利于蔬菜生长，为保证伏季期间蔬菜货源充足，南环桥市场组织力量，调运各种新鲜蔬菜充实市场供应。当前南环桥市场外地菜上市品种丰富，兰州的白菜（0.8元/公斤）、西兰花（4.6元/公斤）、西葫芦（1.2元/公斤），浙江的西红柿（2.4元/公斤）、毛豆（2.8元/公斤）、茭白（3.8元/公斤），山东的莴苣（1.2元/公斤）、茄子（1.6元/公斤）、豇豆（2.6元/公斤）等品种多、供应量大，大大丰富了市场供应，也满足了广大市民的“菜篮子”需求。针对伏天地产绿叶菜量少价涨的情况，市场开拓了昆明、天津、兰州、江阴等基地，调运外地绿叶菜进行补充，当前上市量充足，青菜（1.5元/公斤）、苋菜（2.2元/公斤）、韭菜（2.6元/公斤）、空心菜（1.9元/公斤）都已回复到7月初的水平，价格普遍下降10%以上。高温天气下，清凉消暑的百合走量不错，产地还是湖南、安徽为主，当前批发价8.2元/公斤，价格较为平稳。

　　水产区桂鱼仍然奇货可居，今日桂鱼批发价117元/公斤，较上周同期价格环比上涨22%，日供应量5吨左右。河虾从7月开始进入季节性落市期，目前日供应量只有3吨，批发价在86-200元/公斤。虽然现在吃河虾价格高吃的人减少，但眼下正是基围虾与草虾的大量上市期，整体呈量足价低的行情态势，目前基围虾批发价每公斤在36元到54元之间，草虾批发价每公斤在40元至52元之间。
